Hourly rate billed in 30 min increments, services can include but are
not limited to inservices for group training and discussion, mini
ACLS/BLS/ Refresher course, Skills Fairs etc.
Differential for hours serviced between 1900-0700 billed in 30 min
increments +$10 per hour
